(South Kingstown, RI) -- Officials will be on hand this morning at the Kingston Station in South Kingstown to celebrate the completion of the high-speed rail improvements. The improvements were made for the safety and efficiency of Amtrak trains. The new third track will allow the high-speed trains to bypass regional trains stopping at the station.
