(Johnston, RI) -- Restrictions are being placed on a metal recycling company in Johnston. Residents have complained about explosions coming from the Sims Metal Management facility as well as the smell. City Council last night mandated that Sims cease the explosions and that shredding can only be done between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays.
