(Providence, RI) -- Hundreds of crews have been working through the night to restore power to Rhode Islanders. National Grid reports more than six-thousand customers are without service this morning due to downed tree limbs and wires from the nor'easter that swept the region. National Grid says it expects to have power fully restored by 11 p.m.
