(Warwick, RI) -- Former boxer Vinny Paz is on probation for a year after pleading no contest yesterday to a charge for assaulting his girlfriend. Paz was arrested around 4 a.m. yesterday at his Warwick home. He is also ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
