(Providence, RI) -- Fire officials are blaming a chemical reaction for a fire in Providence. The fire occurred around 9:30 yesterday morning at Organic Dyes and Pigment on Livingstone Street. Authorities say somehow water got into a soap-making process, sparking the fire. No one was injured.
