(Providence, RI) -- A Providence man is facing DUI charges after crashing into two new police cruisers. The accident happened Saturday morning while police were investigating a stabbing on Eddy Street and the cruisers were parked. Officers arrested 57-year-old Cecil Hall. Authorities say the SUVs were heavily damaged with one possibly totaled.
