(Providence, RI) -- Motorists traveling Interstate-95 in Providence will encounter some lane changes starting Wednesday. The Blackstone Street Bridge is deficient and needs structural repairs that will close the left lane southbound and the northbound lane on Thursday. The traffic pattern changes will be in effect between now and the fall.
