(Cranston, RI) -- The name of the victim of a crash on Interstate 95 in Cranston on Monday is being released. Rhode Island State Police reports indicate Jose Tovar Garcia of Providence was killed in the wreck on I-95 northbound at around 3:45 a.m. Police say Garcia lost control of his vehicle just south of the Route 10 exit, went off the road, rolled over and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
