(East Greenwich, RI) -- Republican candidate for Rhode Island governor Giovanni Feroce [[ fehr-OH-see ]] is outlining his campaign platform. Feroce's proposals at a speech in East Greenwich on Tuesday included eliminating Rhode Island's income and estate taxes, and making the state a right-to-work zone in 2025. The former Alex and Ani CEO said the state should use blockchain technology to save money.
