(Undated) -- The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is issuing an Air Quality Alert for all of the state on Wednesday. The state says due to high ozone levels, people with sensitive breathing conditions should avoid being outdoors in the evening hours. Temperatures are dramatically increasing today and tomorrow, with predicted highs in the 80s.
