(Newport, RI) -- A body was found in Newport Harbor on Thursday. The Newport Police Department says officers were dispatched to the Goat Island Marina shortly after noon for a report of an unconscious person in the water. The body of an unidentified man was recovered. Police do not suspect foul play.
