(Undated) -- Memorial Day ceremonies took place across Rhode Island on Monday. Governor Gina Raimondo participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery in Exeter. Over a dozen parades were held throughout the state. A service for the more than 17-hundred Rhode Islanders named on the Soldiers and Sailors Monument will be held in Providence on Wednesday morning.
