Actor Robert De Niro sent CBS censors scrambling for the bleep button during their live broadcast of Broadway's Tony Awards last night (June 10th) when he profanely blasted President Trump from the stage. When De Niro came out, he said "F*** Trump" and defiantly threw his arms up as the audience cheered and gave him a standing ovation, and then said it again, declaring, "It's no longer down with Trump. It's f--- Trump." De Niro, who's been an outspoken critic of Trump, had come out to introduce rocker Bruce Springsteen, who's starring in his own Broadway show. After Springsteen's performance, hosts Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban came back onstage dressed as each other's characters in the musicals they were in, with him wearing a waitress outfit and her in a beard, and Groban joked, "After De Niro, CBS told us to do something drastic, so here we are."
