(Cranston, RI) -- Three people are under arrest in connection to a graduation party in Cranston. Kimberly Ruggerio of Cranston and Carolyn Bird of East Providence allegedly hosted a party on June 9th when an 18-year-old woman was transported to Rhode Island Hospital after suffering an apparent overdose. Witnesses reportedly told police that marijuana and alcohol were provided and distributed by Ruggerio and Bird. Police are also charging Joseph Kirtlink of East Greenwich for the alleged sexual assault of another 18-year-old at the party.
