(Providence, RI) -- Interstate 95 in Providence is back to normal after significant backups were caused by a truck fire on Monday afternoon. It happened at around 2 p.m. at the Branch Avenue exit on the northbound side. At one point, the Rhode Island Department of Transportation said all travel lanes on I-95 north were blocked.
