(Cranston, RI) -- The Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles is providing a new online option. Commercial driver's license holders can now save themselves a trip to the DMV when they have to submit medical certifications. The General Assembly passed legislation during its recent session to streamline the CDL process by allowing drivers to submit medical certificates electronically.
