(Undated) -- Gas prices are down two cents from a month ago. RhodeIslandGasPrices.com says the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded in the state is two dollars and eighty-eight cents, down from two-ninety. The current price is 46 cents more expensive than at this point last year.
