(Riverside, RI) -- The Rhode Island SPCA is reporting multiple animal cruelty arrests have been made or are expected in several recent cases. Irene Zadja of Pawtucket, Tiffany Scott of Foster and Adam Solomon of West Warwick were all arrested this week for cases involving dogs. One of the animals had to be euthanized, according to the SPCA. The organization says an arrest warrant has been signed for one other dog cruelty case, as well.
