(Undated) -- Rhode Island officially endured another heat wave this week. The National Weather Service said with Thursday's temperature at T.F. Green Airport reaching 90 degrees, that made it three days in a row with temps of at least 90, which is the standard definition of a heat wave. Rhode Island has had two of them this summer. Providence tied another high temperature record on Wednesday, hitting 95 degrees, which was previously set in 1953.
