(Pawtucket, RI) -- Hasbro chairman and CEO Brian Goldner is joining the board of the CBS Corporation. The media giant is regrouping after the departure of chairman Les Moonves, who departed amid allegations of sexual misconduct. Goldner is one of six new independent members of the board.
