(Pawtucket, RI) -- Just days ahead of a primary election, Governor Gina Raimondo is promising universal pre-kindergarten for Rhode Island children if she's re-elected. Raimondo made that announcement during a stop at the Pawtucket YMCA on Monday. She said her plan would cost about 15-million dollars annually. Raimondo has also previously announced that she would expand the state's free college tuition program if re-elected.
