(Providence, RI) -- The Rhode Island Department of Transportation is announcing it will install two lane shifts at the Route 6-10 Interchange this weekend to kick off a long-awaited reconstruction project. RIDOT says the shifts will affect traffic on Route 10 north and Route 6 west in Providence. At least one lane will be kept open in each direction at all times.
