(Newport, RI) -- Military leaders from over one-hundred countries met in Newport last week at the 23rd International Seapower Symposium held at the U.S. Naval War College. The United States Navy says discussions were held regarding cooperative strategies for enhancing global security, order and prosperity. The keynote speakers included Secretary of Defense James Mattis and Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer.
