(Providence, RI) -- Police have arrested a man believed to be the shooter inside the Providence nightclub Ultra last month. Herby Paul of Lawrence, Massachusetts was arrested in Miami, Florida on Tuesday after being positively identified by Providence police. Paul is awaiting extradition. Meanwhile, Ultra will remain closed for at least another week after the latest hearing held by the Providence Board of Licenses on Wednesday; board members made that decision to allow police to continue their investigation.
