(Undated) -- The National Weather Service has all of Rhode Island under a Winter Weather Advisory from 4 p.m. today until 1 a.m. Friday. Up to three inches of snow and wind gusts as high as 35 miles per hour are expected. Meteorologists say drivers should plan on slippery road conditions.
