(New Shoreham, RI) -- The Coast Guard provided an update last night indicating it is still searching for two missing fishermen near Block Island. The Guard says the fishing vessel "Mistress" capsized and sank at around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. WJAR-TV reports the two missing fishers are boat owner Oscar Diaz and his nephew, John Ansay. Both were said to have donned survival suits.
