(Providence, RI) -- Gina Raimondo is officially into her second term as governor of Rhode Island. Raimondo talked about how things have turned around economically in the state in the last four years during her inauguration speech at the State House on Monday. Looking ahead, she talked about students having access to pre-kindergarten education, which she referenced in her re-election campaign last year, and called for a ban on assault weapons.
