(North Scituate, RI) -- The Rhode Island State Police says sixteen people were arrested for driving impaired over the most recent two-week holiday period. RISP says the arrests resulted from an intensive enforcement campaign. One of the arrested individuals was Stephen Larbi of Pawtucket, who the Valley Breeze reports is an incoming member of the Pawtucket school board who is set to be sworn-in next week. Police reports indicate Larbi was driving 93 miles per hour on I-95 north in Providence.
