(Warwick, RI) -- The Warwick Police Department and the Department of Children, Youth and Families are investigating the death of a nine-year-old girl in the city. First responders arrived at a residence on Thursday for a report of a child with a previous medical condition, and the girl died shortly after being transported to Kent Hospital, according to police.
