(Pawtucket, RI) -- A Pawtucket School Committee member is apologizing for being arrested for DUI. The Valley Breeze reports Stephen Larbi took the oath of office with other school board members on Monday and issued a statement last week saying he will seek further medical care to address substance abuse issues. Larbi faces misdemeanor DUI charges after being arrested for driving drunk on I-95 and exceeding the speed limit by nearly 45 miles per hour during the holidays.
