(Jamestown, RI) -- A Jamestown man was reportedly killed in a landscaping accident on Thursday morning. Emergency crews responded after receiving reports that a homeowner in Jamestown was injured by a skid steer machine. A police investigation determined that a contractor working for Atlantic Lawn and Garden of Jamestown was operating a brush cutter and was unaware of the 86-year-old man's presence when he backed up the steer and hit him.
