(Providence, RI) -- The Providence Journal reports a pipe burst at the courthouse in downtown Providence yesterday morning, forcing the building to be evacuated. A Rhode Island Supreme Court spokesperson said the incident at the Garrahy Judicial Complex happened on the first floor of the building. The Journal report also indicates a pipe burst just around the corner at 40 Fountain Street, which includes the state Office of Rehabilitation Services.
