(Providence, RI) -- A man wanted by the Providence Police Department for allegedly kidnapping and raping a thirteen-year-old girl in 2017 is under arrest. Marcos Garcia-Solis was reportedly picked up by U.S. Marshals at or near his place of employment in Wadsworth, Ohio on Wednesday. Providence Police Major David Lapatin called the arrest of Garcia-Solis extremely important to the department and said his heinous crimes drew concern for safety for other potential victims around the country.
