(Providence, RI) -- A man died after falling through the roof of the Rhode Island Community Food Bank in Providence on Monday. Police say Scott Simons of New Bedford, Massachusetts was cutting a hole in the roof for an air-conditioning system project when he fell through, going down about 40 feet. Police and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating.
