(Providence, RI)--A Cranston man is under arrest for allegedly threatening Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza on the Internet.Bruce Valliere was arraigned in District Court on Thursday.He's accused of writing threats to Elorza on the mayor's Facebook page. Authorities were notified of the alleged threat on Tuesday.
