(Washington, DC)--Congressman David Cicilline is inviting an air traffic controller from T.F. Green Airport to be his guest for President Trump's State of the Union speech.Cicilline's office says Jamie Green was forced to work for 35 days without pay during the recent partial government shutdown.Cicilline notes that Trump is threatening another shutdown in one week and said working men and women should never be used as bargaining chips.The State of the Union address is scheduled to be delivered at 9:00 tonight.
