(Warren, RI)--Hundreds of parents and teachers attended a Bristol-Warren School Committee meeting on Wednesday night over concerns about problems at Kickemuit Middle School.An apparent teacher sick-out was staged last Friday due to unruly student behavior. Some teachers said last night that the school needs to bring back an alternative learning program for the worst student offenders.WPRI-TV reports the school committee voted to create a subcommittee to discuss the issues and addressed the superintendent to direct additional therapeutic services for the school.
