(Johnston, RI)--The town of Johnston is being ordered to pay over a million dollars for the hooking up of private sewer lines to the municipal system.A state jury issued that award last week to a developer who claimed the move decades ago caused sewage problems at the Park Plaza apartment complex.An attorney for the developer says with interest, Johnston could be on the hook for several-million-dollars more.
