(East Providence, RI)--A driver is facing DUI charges after reportedly hitting a pedestrian in East Providence.Police reports indicate the walker suffered life-threatening injuries when the incident happened just before 1 p.m. Monday on Forbes Street.Police are not releasing the names of the victim or the suspect at this time.
