(Undated)--After nearly a half-foot of snow fell in parts of Rhode Island on Monday, more winter weather is on the way.The National Weather Service has a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for all of the state except Block Island from 7 p.m. tonight until 7 a.m. Thursday.Snow totals of up to two inches and ice accumulations of around one-tenth of an inch are expected.
