(Pawtucket, RI)--A Pawtucket man is facing child neglect charges after his baby daughter apparently ingested a possible drug.Pawtucket police said an investigation was launched after Michael Wittlin reported last Friday that his 15-month-old girl was found with a white, rock-like substance in her mouth.Wittlin reportedly told police he tasted the substance and his mouth went numb, and he allegedly then flushed the substance down the toilet.The girl was reportedly taken to Hasbro Children's Hospital for evaluation.
