(Pawtucket, RI)--Two men are being charged with illegally dumping gasoline in Pawtucket.Pedro Lopes of Brockton, Massachusetts and Olivio Lima of Pawtucket were reportedly seen by a city inspector dumping in an area near the Moshassuck River and Interstate 95 last Wednesday.Police were told by the Department of Environmental Management that a cleanup crew would respond.Lopes and Lima were arraigned in Providence District Court on Thursday on a charge of felony disposal of hazardous waste violation.
