(Narragansett, RI)--Energy developer Vineyard Wind is moving ahead with getting necessary approval from Rhode Island for its new offshore project.The Rhode Island Fishermen's Advisory Board voted on Saturday to support a compensation offer of about 17-million dollars from the operators of the future wind farm in Rhode Island Sound.The Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council is next scheduled to vote on whether to support the project on Tuesday.
