(Providence, RI)--A federal charge is now being filed in the death investigation of Jassy Correia.Rhode Island U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling announced in a news conference yesterday the charge of kidnapping resulting in death against Louis Coleman of Providence, which could result in him receiving the death penalty.Correia, who was last seen leaving a Boston nightclub last weekend, was reportedly found dead in Coleman's car during a traffic stop in Delaware last Thursday.Lelling said the victim's body was not dismembered or mutilated, which contradicts one of the charges listed in a criminal complaint published by the Rhode Island Attorney General's office on Friday.
