(Central Falls, RI)--Central Falls is ditching its youth curfew.The city council voted on Monday to repeal the curfew, which made it unlawful for anyone under 18-years-old to be in public between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.The American Civil Liberties Union recently raised concerns about the curfew, and city leaders said it was not an effective public safety tool.
