(Cranston, RI)--The American Civil Liberties Union is dismissing a lawsuit filed over an alleged lack of adequate heat at the Adult Correctional Institutions in Cranston.The ACLU says the Department of Corrections took action to address the problems after the organization filed the litigation in January.Inmates were reportedly experiencing numbness in their extremities.
