(Providence, RI)--A Little League coach from Connecticut is admitting to arranging to meet someone who he believed was a 14-year-old boy from Warwick for sex.The U.S. Justice Department says Christopher Merchant of Canterbury pleaded guilty in federal court in Providence yesterday to travel in interstate commerce with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and transporting child pornography.Merchant was actually talking to a law enforcement member when he arranged to meet the teen at a hotel, and was arrested in January.He is scheduled to be sentenced in June.
