(Woonsocket, RI)--A Rhode Island school behavioral specialist is being accused of sending sexually-explicit photos of himself to a girl.Michael Hart of Providence reportedly gave a 13-year-old his phone number while she was a student at Joseph Jenks Middle School in Pawtucket and communicated with her after she moved to Woonsocket last year, according to police.Hart has been charged with electronically disseminating indecent material to a minor and has been ordered not to have any contact with the girl.
