(Lincoln, RI)--An elderly man was reportedly robbed at Twin River Casino yesterday afternoon.Lincoln police say 21-year-old Richard Settipane of North Reading, Massachusetts was arrested in connection with the crime.Lincoln police say the 80-year-old victim was treated on the scene for injuries.Settipane allegedly asked the man for a cigarette and then grabbed about 600 dollars in cash, knocking him over, which caused him to strike his head and face against a gaming machine.
