(East Providence, RI) -- The East Providence Police Department is looking for an unknown female who may have been traveling with the victim of a fatal crash on Interstate 195. The man who died in the Wednesday morning crash has been identified as Carlos Ojeda of California. Ojeda was the only person at the scene of the accident on the I-195 exit ramp where the crash happened. Police say he was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
